So Elegant!

I adore this skirt! The length is perfect for me and the splits aren't too high (I'm 5'2"). I love the fabric and the tie at the waist. If you want a loose fit, definitely size up. But otherwise it is super cute and I feel like it's easy to dress up or down and I still feel put together and elegant.
